Service Description

Lessons vary on client needs & skill level. Basic training session includes proper warm-up, ball-handling workouts, footwork & abilities, form shooting lessons, and basic fundamentals of the game. Other components include strength & conditioning, beginning & advanced moves, in-game scenarios, defensive techniques, passing fundamentals.
